Tell me about delivery

The wheeli is shipped in the UK via Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48’ at a rate of £3.29.

Royal Mail aims but does not guarantee to deliver your Item within 2 -3 Working days. We will aim to dispatch same day or the next working day. Royal Mail will provide tracking information and delivery related notifications.

Smaller items will be charged at Royal Mail standard rate for 1st Class depending on size and weight category; £1.10 (for under 100g Letter), £1.60 (for under 100g large letter) or £2.25 (for under 250g large letter).

All shipping costs added at checkout.

What about returns?

For items purchased online, you can send them back at your own cost for a full refund within 28 days, provided it has not been used and is returned with the original packaging with a valid proof of purchase. It is recommended you send via a trackable service with suitable insurance to cover item cost.  

If your item is faulty, please get in contact at hello@wheeli.co.uk explaining the problem and valid proof of purchase.  We will then organise a replacement item (whole or relevant part thereof) or refund. 

If it is required that you return the faulty item, please retain your proof of postage as we will need that to reimburse you the cost on return. This will be done once the return has been processed. 

Is my child’s bike compatible?

The wheeli should work with most junior & first peddler kids bikes with 14 inch to 20 inch wheels. The rule of thumb is if it’s tricky to carry or push via normal means then a wheeli could help. Please check this simple guide before ordering.

What are the dimensions of the wheeli?

When stowed dimensions are 49.5cm (H) x 14.5cm (max W) x 3cm (max D).

How do I care for my wheeli?

The wheeli is made from wood, so like most wooden items it needs protection from the elements. We have treated the handle with natural exterior Osmo UV Protection-Oil to get you started.

This will protect the wheeli from occasional exposure to wet weather or rain shower by providing a water repellent surface finish. Exterior Osmo UV Protection-Oil should should have a one coat reapplication whenever signs of wear become visible.

After being exposed to wet weather during normal use, the wheeli should be dried soon after. Like any similar wooden product the wheeli should be stored inside away from damp.

My hook & loop straps need replacing what do I do?

You can buy some more in our shop. Hook & loop fasteners do not last forever and have a ‘lifespan’ of ‘operation cycles’. They will last a good while, but keep an eye on performance and replace them if they arent functioning as expected anymore.
